By making a donation to Coprodeli USA, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all forms of donations, including monetary contributions, in-kind donations, and sponsorships.

Acceptance Criteria:

- Coprodeli USA welcomes donations from individuals, corporations, andother entities.

- Donations must align with Coprodeli’s mission and values.

Tax Deductibility:

- Coprodeli USA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

- Donations made to Coprodeli USA are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Program Funding:

- More than 90% of general donations directly support on-the-ground programs in Peru1.

- Operational costs are also covered by general donations.

Transparency:

- Coprodeli USA ensures transparency in the use of funds.

- Donations made to Coprodeli USA are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

IV.  Privacy and Data Protection

Personal Information:

- Coprodeli USA collects and processes donor information in accordance with its privacy policy.

- Donor details are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties without consent.
