Employment/Job Training & Placement

text

The Employment program is open to people of all ages and from all walks of life, but unlike beneficiaries that are provided some type of humanitarian aid, the people that make up these programs are students.

Building Bridges Through Collaborative Projects

text

For over 15 years, Coprodeli USA has forged impactful partnerships, empowering companies and individuals to drive meaningful change in Peru. Our collaborative approach has resulted in the construction of vital educational spaces like classrooms, libraries, and specialized initiatives such as our Parents and Volunteers schools. Sponsoring a project with Coprodeli is a streamlined process designed to ensure your support creates a tangible and lasting impact. We oversee every aspect, from project budgeting to material procurement, providing detailed progress reports and visual updates throughout the project's lifecycle. Your sponsorship translates into real-world transformation, fostering educational opportunities and community development in Peru.

By partnering with Coprodeli, you play a pivotal role in constructing essential infrastructure and supporting innovative initiatives. Your contribution doesn't just fund projects; it fuels dreams and aspirations, empowering communities and nurturing brighter futures for generations to come.

For the most part, students come from difficult and poverty-stricken homes, while others not necessary. The majority though, are adults aged 25-50, of which a little over half have a High School diploma and for students over 50, almost 70%, didn’t finished grade school. No matter what walk of life they may be from, they all have in common is there willingness to succeed and become financially independent through continuing education.

This program is designed for students and it only be fitting that it work out of a vocational trade school, also known as Coprodeli’s Continuing Education Unit (CEU) or CETPRO in Spanish.

Coprodeli’s Cetpro (CEU) offers post-secondary learning activities by non-traditional students in a non-degree career training setting in many fields, including:
• Barber Shop
• PC Builder
• Cosmetology
• Graphic Design
• Bakery
• English as a Second Language
• Auxiliary Customs Dispatcher
• Auxiliary Preschool Teacher
• General Office Assistant
• Clothing Confectioner
• Au pair for the elderly
• Programmer

Courses are carried out in one of Coprodeli’s Cetpro’s across Peru. All are within the confines of a Coprodeli School and taught by a group of professionals that have their own business or are employed in their trade and are up to date with the latest developments in their field. It is this way we make sure students leave the classroom with the most up to date information.

While learning their trade, students are also provided with job training skills such as soft skills, values and morals, which make them highly competitive in today’s job market.

Employers seek employees that are ready to work. CETPRO are viewed as a great stepping stone in getting your foot in a door of a company and this is where are job training skills are vital to have.

After the successful completion of a course, students are awarded a certification of completion an in Coprodeli’s case Certificates issued by our CETPROS are recognized by the Peruvian Ministry of Education that the person has in fact completed their non-degree career training in the specified field as outlined by Coprodeli’s curriculum.

If a standout student does well and doesn’t have a job or entrepreneurship lined up, they can be offered a position from an interested company. Companies look towards Coprodeli alumni because they know they have been trained not only in the skill, but have a humanistic talent that comes from having studied at Coprodeli.
